Niji Kitchen was formed in 2021 out of necessity. Our necessity to rise up out of the worst year ever! Founded by veterans of the street food scene, we wanted to make something fresh and exciting that encompassed at it's heart sharing food with friends!  The inspiration we had was seeing a rainbow after the downpour, we've all had a terrible time of it, our business more than most, and this felt like something we wanted to create to try and lift ourselves out, food with sharing at its heart!

200 person lunches in 1 hour, and a bespoke sushi menu for a birthday, to canapes for a wedding, we've done a lot of different things! We pride ourselves on our adaptability and our approach to listen to what you want and make it happen. If you like what you see, get in touch and we'll do our part to ensure your event is perfect.

Bright, clean and delicious, our food is about freshly cooked, great ingredients, put together to make beautiful food. Previously we've been about complete plates, big bowls bursting with salads and sashimi, we loved that but we've also not eaten with our friends for a year! So now it's all about sharing. Get some gyozas, a few bao and some tori kara age and enjoy, offering to all your amigos.
